Kejriwal Challenges Delhi Court’s Decision In Excise Policy Case

Ex Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal approached the Delhi High Court on Wednesday, challenging the trial court’s decision to take cognizance of the Enforcement Directorate’s prosecution complaints in the Excise Policy case, citing lack of sanction. Kejriwal contested a September 17 sessions court order that dismissed his plea against the summons. The case is expected to be listed on Thursday.
