Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis denied reports of Gautam Adani hosting a high-profile meeting in 2019 to discuss the possibility of a BJP-NCP government in Maharashtra. This came after NCP (SP) chief Sharad Pawar claimed that he and his estranged nephew Ajit Pawar were part of Adani’s meeting at his residence. “Adani has not attended any of our meetings in the past,” Fadnavis said.
