TG High Court Grants Relief To KCR & Harish Rao

Former Telangana CM KCR and former TG minister Harish Rao received big relief from the Telangana High Court. The court directed that no action be taken based on Justice PC Ghosh Commission panel, noting lapses. It observed that allegations without issuing notice under Section 8 are improper.
