The second phase of Gram Panchayat elections began at 7 am today across Telangana. Polling is being held for 3,906 sarpanch and 29,903 ward member seats and will conclude this afternoon at 1 pm. A total of 57,22,565 voters are casting ballots at 38,337 polling stations, with official counting scheduled to start at 2 pm.
