Newly appointed India’s High Commissioner to Bangladesh, Dinesh Trivedi, cast his vote at the United Missionary Primary Teachers Training Institute polling station in Kolkata’s Ballygunge. Voting for the second phase of West Bengal polls began today at 7 am and will continue till 6 pm. The first phase on April 23 recorded a strong 93.19% voter turnout.
