BRS candidate Sunita Gopinath faces a setback in the Jubilee Hills by-election as Tarak Pradyumna, claiming to be the son of Maganti Gopinath, filed a complaint with the Election Commission. He alleged that Maganti never divorced his mother, Malini Devi, and falsely declared Sunita as his legal wife. He demanded Sunita’s nomination be cancelled.
