MVA MLAs Boycott Maharashtra Assembly Oath-Taking Ceremony

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray said that MLAs from Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance would boycott the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected Maharashtra assembly. This decision was taken as a mark of protest against the “misuse” of EVMs in the recent polls, he said. “We boycotted the oath-taking ceremony as democracy is being murdered by using EVMs,” Thackeray said.
