HC Seeks Probe Details In Wankhede’s Atrocities Case Against Nawab Malik

The Bombay High Court has directed Mumbai police to provide details of their investigation into Sameer Wankhede’s Atrocities Act case against NCP leader Nawab Malik. Wankhede, alleging caste-based defamation by Malik, has requested the probe be transferred to the CBI due to police inaction. The court has ordered to present the case diary within two weeks for review.
