CM Mamata Stole ED Officer’s Phone During I-PAC Raid

The Enforcement Directorate told the Supreme Court that West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee allegedly interfered with ED raids at I-PAC premises, seized documents and took an officer’s phone. The ED claimed intimidation, theft of evidence and obstruction by state officials, seeking action and a CBI probe, while the state govt denied allegations and filed a caveat.
