IT Minister Lokesh Proposes 100 Civic Services Via WhatsApp

AP CM Chandrababu chaired a review meeting on the Real Time Governance System on Friday. During the meeting, IT Minister Nara Lokesh urged officials to improve citizen services by leveraging integrated data connectivity. He emphasized the need to start issuing Aadhaar numbers to every newborn. Additionally, he announced that soon, 100 civic services will be made available through WhatsApp.
