PM Sharif Highlights Alarming Rise In Out-Of-School Children

Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif stated that over 22 million children are out of school. Sharif emphasized the need to focus on girls’ education. He noted that while women make up more than half of Pakistan’s population, their literacy rate stands at 49%. Also, 22.8 million children under the age of 16 are not receiving an education.
