Delhi HC Seeks CBI Response On Chidambaram’s Plea In INX Media Case

The Delhi High Court on Monday asked the CBI to respond to P Chidambaram and his son Karti’s plea to defer framing of charges in the INX Media case. The Chidambarams argued that the ongoing investigation and incomplete chargesheet hindered a fair trial. The CBI, however, stated that there was enough evidence to proceed with the charges. The case will be heard next on November 29.
