Taliban Refugee Minister Khalil Haqqani Killed In Kabul Suicide Bombing

A suicide bombing in Kabul on Wednesday killed Khalil Haqqani, the Taliban’s minister of refugees, and his bodyguards. The blast occurred inside the ministry, making Haqqani the highest-profile victim since the Taliban regained control of Afghanistan. There has been no immediate claim of responsibility.
