Delhi Bomb Blast Was Due To Centre’s Failure: Kharge

Congress chief Kharge made strong allegations that the blast in Delhi was due to the Centre’s failure. He demanded a thorough investigation into the incident and strict punishment of the accused. Kharge said that it is unfortunate that such an incident has taken place in Delhi. This clearly shows the negligence of the central intelligence agencies.
