KTR Highlights Key Points In Petition To Quash Charges

KT Rama Rao (KTR), the BRS Working President, has filed a petition in the Telangana High Court to quash the ACB case related to the Formula E car racing project. KTR argued that the FIR, accusing him of benefiting a private firm without listing the firm as an accused, was politically motivated. He denied personal financial gain and claimed the case was filed with malicious intent to target opposition leaders.
