Top Court Examines Creamy Layer In SC/ST Reservations

The Supreme Court is reviewing a critical petition on applying the creamy layer concept to SC and ST reservations. Petitioner Gyanendra Kumar argued that reservation benefits are largely captured by affluent members, leaving poorer communities behind.
