Delhi Govt Informs HC On CAG Reports Sent To LG For Assembly Discussion

The Delhi government informed the Delhi High Court that CM Atishi has sent CAG reports on liquor, pollution, and finances to the Lieutenant Governor for tabling in the assembly. The matter concerns pending reports from 2017-2024. The petition, filed by BJP MLAs, accuses the government of not promptly placing crucial reports before the legislative assembly as required. A hearing is set for December 16.
