Uddhav Sena Leader Challenges 7 Legislator’s Nominations In Bombay HC

Bombay High Court directed a petitioner challenging the nomination of 7 politicians to the Maharashtra Legislative Council to add those who are appointed as party to the petition. Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sunil Modi filed a plea challenging the nomination of seven MLCs – three from BJP and two each from Shiv Sena and NCP. The members will have a six-year term.
