Telangana Chief Secretary Ramakrishna Rao has directed all district collectors to finalize the reservation process for local body polls by tomorrow. BC reservations are set at 42%, while SC and ST reservations follow the 2011 census. A lottery for women’s reservations is recommended, conducted with political party representatives present.
