NDA Has Majority In Upper House: Kiren Rijiju Slams No-Confidence Motion

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju slammed Congress and its allies for “disrespecting dignity of the Chair” after Opposition INDIA bloc moved a no-confidence motion against Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar. Rijiju accused Opposition of repeatedly disregarding the Chair’s authority in both Houses of Parliament. He also asserted that NDA has the majority in Upper House.
