Karnataka High Court Gives Interim Bail To BJP Leader CT Ravi

BJP MLC CT Ravi got interim bail from Karnataka High Court. He was arrested for allegedly abusing minister Laxmi Hebbalkar. It said that a doctor recommended a CT scan for Ravi’s head injury. “Petitioner submitted that Council Speaker said no such words (Ravi abusing Hebbalkar) were uttered. Even if the incident occurred, police was not required to manhandle the petitioner,” court said.
