Maharashtra Extends Campaign Time Before Local Elections

Maharashtra has extended the campaign time for local body polls until 10 pm on December 1. Voting for 246 municipal councils and 42 nagar panchayats will happen on Dec 2, with results on Dec 3. Mahayuti leaders expect strong support. Meanwhile, Aaditya Thackeray accused the State Election Commission of delays in the voter list and serious irregularities.
