Amit Shah Chairs Meeting As Centre Boosts Security In Manipur

Union Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a high-level meeting on Monday to address the escalating violence in Manipur, marking the second consecutive day of discussions on the state’s security concerns. To enhance security, the Home Ministry is deploying an additional 50 companies of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) to the region, raising the total to 70 units for maintaining law and order.
