The first phase of election campaigning in Jharkhand will conclude by this evening. Polling for 43 assembly seats will be held on November 13. On the final day of campaigning, political parties are set to show their full strength. Home Minister Amit Shah will address three public rallies today, while Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge will hold rallies in the Chhatarpur and Paki areas.
