UP CM Orders Removal Of Caste References In Public Places

As per the directions from the Allahabad High Court, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi has ordered the removal of caste-based references from police records, public spaces, official formats and vehicles to end caste discrimination in the state. With this, all state departments will not mention castes in arrest memos, FIRs or any other police documents.
