Kerala Minister V. Sivankutty has asked the Centre to withdraw the four new labour codes, claiming they dilute job security, workers’ rights, and safety. He stressed that the government should consult states and trade unions before implementing reforms to ensure workers’ welfare and prevent disruption of labour peace nationwide.
