A woman in her 20s has died after falling overboard from the MSC Virtuosa cruise ship into the English Channel. The incident occurred near Les Casquets rocks around midnight on Saturday, prompting the ship to issue a distress signal. Search efforts involved a plane from Channel Islands Air Search and lifeboat crews from Alderney and France, along with a French helicopter.
