As US election results depict a narrow fight between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, Cambria County is conducting a hand count of ballots. Officials could not scan the precinct due to a software issue. They opted to a hand count which could “take some time,” officials added. Voting time was extended in Cambria after a software malfunction disrupted voters’ abilities to scan their ballots.
