UP Cabinet Approves Establishment Of Two Private Universities

The UP Cabinet approved the ‘Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Promotion Policy, 2024,’ offering stamp duty exemptions, capital subsidies, and special benefits to promote private investment in higher education. Two private universities, KD University in Mathura and Vidya University in Meerut, will be established, creating employment opportunities and ensuring quality education for youth.
