In a tragic incident in Afzalgarh, 60-year-old farmer Tekvir Singh was attacked by a leopard while working in his fields. Despite his brave struggle lasting five minutes, he sustained severe injuries before locals intervened. The leopard was also injured and died at the scene. Singh was rushed to a hospital, where he remains in critical condition, raising concerns over human-wildlife conflicts in the area.
