Thirteen coaches of the Mysore-Darbhanga Bagmati Express derailed near Chennai after colliding with a stationary goods train, resulting in 3 coaches catching fire. Several passengers sustained injuries and were admitted to local hospitals, though the severity is still unclear. National Disaster Response Force is on-site, assisting with rescue operations & transporting the injured to medical facilities.
