Kerala High Court clarified the boundaries of voyeurism according to law. It stated that capturing images of women in public areas, where they would not reasonably expect privacy, does not constitute an offence under IPC Section 354C. The court made the ruling while addressing the allegations of a woman regarding inappropriate behavior of two men in the case of Ajith Pillai vs State of Kerala.
