Special Court Orders Lokayukta Investigation Against CM Siddaramaiah

A special court in Karnataka directed the Lokayukta to conduct an investigation against CM Siddaramaiah over alleged MUDA land scam. The court asked the Lokayukta to submit a report in three months and passed an order, directing the competent authorities to file an FIR in the case. This came a day after Karnataka High Court dismissed CM’s plea against Governor’s approval for an investigation.
