South Korea Condemns Russia-North Korea Defense Agreement

South Korea slammed Russia’s illegal cooperation with North Korea and expressed grave concern over Moscow’s ratification of defense treaty with Pyongyang. South Korea called for immediate withdrawal of N. Korean troops and an end to such cooperation. The Ukrainian President warned of possible N Korean troop deployments to Ukraine and called on global leaders to increase pressure on Pyongyang.
