Early Sunday morning, four men were injured in indiscriminate firing at a Durga Puja pandal in Arrah, Bihar. Eyewitnesses reported that unidentified shooters arrived on two motorcycles, opened fire, and fled the scene. The injured, including Arman Ansari (19), Sunil Kumar Yadav (26), Roshan Kumar (25), and Sipahi Kumar, were hospitalized for treatment.
