A senior citizen at West Bengal’s Katwa has been arrested for sexually abusing a 3-year-old girl. He was arrested late Saturday night and will be presented before a district court on Sunday. He lured the 3-year-old child to his home with biscuits. “He sexually abused my daughter. She came back home sobbing profusely and narrated to me what had happened to her,” the victim’s mother said.
