SC Adjourns Pleas Against BBC Documentary Ban To January

The Supreme Court adjourned pleas against the Centre’s ban on the BBC documentary “India: The Modi Question” to January 2025. Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Sanjay Kumar postponed the case due to the absence of a counter affidavit from the Centre. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta indicated that he would submit the counter within two weeks.
