Retired Scientist And Wife Held Hostage, Robbed Of ₹2 Crore In Delhi

A retired scientist and his wife were held at gunpoint in their Prashant Vihar home, robbed of cash and jewelry valued at ₹2 crore by two men posing as courier boys. The couple was assaulted when the scientist resisted. Their son alerted police, who have formed six teams to investigate, suspecting insider involvement. CCTV footage has been collected for further analysis.
