Probe Agency Replies To Satyendar Jain’s Bail Plea, Hearing Set For Next Week

The ED filed a reply to former Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain’s bail plea in a money laundering case. Special CBI judge Rakesh Syal scheduled a hearing for October 5. Jain, arrested in May 2022, has had previous bail applications dismissed but was granted interim bail by the Supreme Court on health grounds. His default bail plea remains pending before the Delhi High Court.
