Parliamentary Committee Addresses Surge In Bomb Threats To Indian Airlines

A surge of bomb threats to Indian airlines, 12 reported in the past 48 hours, was addressed in a meeting of the parliamentary standing committee on transport. This followed discussions between Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu and ministry officials, along with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Aviation officials revealed that “critical leads” and initial suspects have been identified.
