The Andhra Pradesh Excise Department is currently accepting applications for liquor shop licenses in the state, charging a non-refundable fee of ₹2 lakh for applicants. So far, 39,259 applications have been received for 3,396 shops. With the deadline approaching, a significant number of applications were submitted on Tuesday. Applications will be accepted until 5 PM on October 10.
