A shocking video showing Assam police dragging the bodies of a father and daughter accident victims in a plastic bag has sparked outrage online. The duo, Mathura Nath Deka and his first-semester daughter Nandita, collided with a stationary truck while riding a scooter on a national highway near Saktola.
