A Noida resident, Junaid alias Rehan, has been charged for uploading a photo of notorious gangster Dawood Ibrahim on his social media account. Police filed a case under Section 196(1)(B), which addresses actions disturbing communal harmony. Ibrahim, linked to organized crime and terrorism, has been in hiding in Pakistan since the 1993 Mumbai bombings.
