NIA Raids 11 Locations In Bengal Linked To Banned CPI (Maoist)

The NIA raided 11 locations in West Bengal linked to the alleged revival of CPI (Maoist). Searches were conducted in South 24 Pargana, Asansol, Howrah, Nadia, and Kolkata, where incriminating documents and electronic devices were seized. Six suspects, including Polit Bureau members Prashant Bose and Pramod Mishra, have been arrested since an FIR was filed in April 2022.
