Mumbai Court Grants Bail To Ghatkopar Hoarding Collapse Accused

The Mumbai sessions court granted bail to Bhavesh Bhinde, director of an advertising firm and the main accused in the Ghatkopar hoarding collapse case. Advocate Sana Raees Khan argued the incident was an “act of God,” asserting Bhinde was implicated due to political vendetta. She noted Bhinde wasn’t director during the hoarding’s construction and claimed all necessary permissions were obtained.
