Mayawati Blames Jat Community’s “Casteist” Mindset For Haryana Loss

BSP chief Mayawati attributed the party’s poor performance in the Haryana assembly elections to the “casteist” mindset of the Jat community, urging them to change their mentality. In alliance with the Indian National Lok Dal, the BSP garnered only 1.82% of the vote. Mayawati emphasized that Jats in Uttar Pradesh have embraced change, becoming MLAs, and encouraged Haryana’s Jats to do the same.
