A video showed a man in Uttarakhand’s Mussoorie spitting into a saucepan that was being used to brew tea. Local police registered a case in the matter and are on the hunt for the man. A Dehradun man, Himanshu Bishnoi, visited Mussoorie. He purchased a cup of tea from a roadside stall. While recording a video of the valley, Bishnoi noticed the man spitting into saucepan used to make the tea.
