In a shocking incident in Bhilai, 35-year-old Gulshan Goswami killed his 70-year-old grandmother, Rukhmani, by attacking her with a sharp weapon. Afterward, he smeared her blood on a nearby Shivling, declaring “Shiv is here.” He then attempted suicide. Neighbors alerted the police, who took Gulshan to the hospital. The motive for this gruesome act remains unclear as investigations continue.
