The Consulate General of India in Seattle announced the unveiling of a Mahatma Gandhi bust at Seattle Center, located near the Space Needle. In a post, the Consulate highlighted that this is first bust of Gandhi in the city, which attracts 12 million visitors annually. The installation adds a unique cultural element to Seattle’s landscape. The ceremony was attended by notable dignitaries.
