Lokayukta Delaying To File A Case Against CM Siddaramaiah In MUDA Scam

Lokayukta police are delaying registering an FIR against CM Siddaramaiah in MUDA scam. Special Court Judge Santhosh Gajanan Bhat ordered the Lokayukta to launch an investigation against Siddaramaiah, after the Karnataka High Court’s decision to uphold the Governor’s sanction for the probe. The allegations involve the illegal allotment of 14 sites to Siddaramaiah’s wife, BM Parvathi, by MUDA.
